it was snowing in leeds last night....even though seciput but danial had fun playing with at around 8pm...and around 10.30pm...he asked for it again.....after much persuasion, daddy says ok ...but this time round the snow had turn to hard solid ice....
and this morning...still gloomy......snow still on d ground & on our car....
and now is 10.30am....i woke this morning utk nak posa....9 days oooo kena ganti plus 1-2 days yg nazar.....i had yesterday evening's mee hailam....mkn seciput....cant finish em'....then ngap pisang...also 3/4 jer yg mampu.......and alhmd so far boleh tahan lg.....mudah2an....
now is zulhijjah.....there's a hadith that says among other amalan that is good for the 1st 10 days on zulhijjah is puasa sunat....mudah2an berjaya laa hingga ke ptg.....buka today insyallah 3.55pm
..................just a short note of alhamdulillah...berjaya jugak posa 1 hari....alhmd...xde muntah pon....
still cold & icy out there....
lps an hour buka.....apa lagik.....back to the mun2.....heheheh...xpe laaa....dugaan Allah...

and ...it's official that today is 1st dec 2008.....
just another few more days to go.....and then...bye bye 2008.....
today is d 3rd day of zulhijjah....insyallah this monday would be raya haji.....

the final day in Nov 2008

today is the final day in nov 2008....meaning that another 31 days left before year 2008 melabuhkan tirai (i like this phrase...hehehe)...and 2009 will come by....
hhmmm...2009......jika di izinkan Allah...it will be a happy one as insyallah i'm gonna have an addition to my nuclear family.....boy or girl...wallaualam....x kisah sgt....so long sihat & cukup sifat....lahir dgn selamat & membesar dgn elok..being a good muslim / muslimah.... but it would be nice kalo girl....at least ada sepasang.....
also...insyallah.....darling hubby will get his phd......mudah2an...inilah doa isteri utk suami... i pray & hope insyallah everything will be smooth sailing for him....
however, the sad part is that...it will be our final year in leeds....somehow i love staying here despite susah nak mkn...u cant get nasi grg or mee grg easily....xde pon kedai selling them!.. fresh milk...fresh fruit.....fresh vegi....some are relatively cheap...
xpe laa...this is part & parcel of life.....what's most important is that it is blessed by Allah....
mudah2an...murah rezqi kami sekeluarga......& full with barakah & mawaddah......insyallah....

1st appointment with the midwife
|
|
11.30am...today is the 1st appointment with the midwife at Milan St Surgery. her name is june doherty. gave one booklet which is meant for pregnant mothers...and few more pamphlets for further reading.
Dr E. martin had previously sent a letter on 12 nov to st james for them to make a scan appointment for me..urgent scan to support the pregnancy. and so June called them up since i said i havent heard anything from st james.
they said a scan was scheduled for me on 8 jan 2009...not earlier as this pregnancy would be treated as the normal pregnancy. any body can miscarriage! kinda sad hearing that but that's the normal thing with any pregnancy.
June then set another appointment for me..18 Dec 2008 to see her again...and do some blood test....not forgetting urine sample!
today..no mood for cooking....felt nausea.....pity danial who had to eat yesterday's fried chicken & curry....darling hubby too.
b4 marghrib prayer...cant help it anymore...and so...uweeekkkkkkk....
alhmd..much much better ......
anyway, i called my mom up yesterday regarding the continuiation of duphaston. unfortunately duphaston is no longer manufactured in the uk. she told selva (who by the way had just came back from LA...conference & 2 wks vacation) bout me being pregnant and asked whether i shld continue taking metformin, duphaston, folic acid & calcium....he said the metformin is to be continued till the 10 wks, both calcium & folic acid until the end of the 1st trimester while dusphaston...i can stop taking it since i felt nausea (a good sign of pregnancy). but my mom raised our the worries pertaining to my condition...and so selva said to continue until the 10 wks.
alhamdulillah......
i thank my parents and my PIL as well for their kindness & doas.....plus family of both sides...
insyallah...mudah2an this pregnancy berjaya....dikurniakan anak yg soleh/solehah, cukup sifat tiada kecacatan, bijak pandai & sihat & selamat.....murah rezqi ......aminnn

AIR ASIA X-...finally

after much awaited....air asia X finally had spreads its wing in london...not in heathrow but stansted instead...hehehe...
price-wise....relatively cheap...cheaper than any other major airlines ...
infact aman had already bought ticket for them to go back for raya next yr....balik collect data 3 mths...so they'll be going back b4 ramadhan and will be back in oct..... aman got it for 900 pound. our etihad ticket during our recent visit to msia was 1500 pound...bought as early as May...5 mths prior to raya...
rasa mcm nak balik juga....but since it's gonna be our final yr there...infact just few more months ...x worth it laaa.....better jln2 europe...

on friday 21 nov 2008 i spoke to ita faizal regarding lai chee kang....bit frustrated couldnt catch hold of the lai chee kang's stuff ...actually tak tau bahan2.... and so she taught me of the 'simple' thing that i should have known...(mak dara laa kata kan....hehehe)...
getah anggur, kembang semangkuk...all these are new to me.... camna ghupa...puas jugak laa carik kat internet...tak jumpa....(actually malas nak carik betul2..hehehe...)... insyallah her aunty who'll becoming on sunday might bring some.....
on saturday 22 nov morning...suddenly KA told me that fendi send something in a bag...he said his wife sue yg kasik....benda regarding lai chee kang.... Ya Allah...terharu nyer....
nih laaa org kata rezqi bila tgh pregnant.....she gave several small bags of biji selaseh, kambang semangkuk & getah anggur...what are they in english...dont ask....not a clue!
i have buah kabung, cincau, peanut .......good good combination.....
NAK BUAT BILA????/....ntah laaa.....i told nana bout lai chee kang...she's excited...
and yesterday 23 nov 2008....we had nasi lemak & laksa at mie & nurul's house.....nak mkn byk...but i just couldnt.....went there after zohor prayer...and went back around 3pm....
nearly 3.30pm....masa nak amik wudu' for asar prayer...i felt nausea.....couldnt control the urge anymore....and there goes the nasi lemak & laksa down the toilet bowl....!!!!!!....
no cooking today......we had yesterday's fried chicken & hati grg for dinner....

this is meant for yesterday's event.....
i cooked nasi ayam yesterday.... somehow the sesame oil that i usually put in the nasi ayam doesnt smell nice....hhhmmm..
then after coming back from the pharmacy, i felt nausea..... best if to throw out rather than keeping it inside.....
and so...it's official...it's the 1st pregnancy vomitting....
xpe lah.....it's part & parcel of this wonderful experience..... & i thank Allah for it.....

it's been awhile since i last write here....
i'm back in leeds.....back to the cold cold world......
i may update my entries (accordingly).....so some of today's statement might be irrelevant for future readings.
some had been wandering & (some even confronted me) & some even asked bout my well being....alhamdulillah....myself & family are in the pink of health...fit as a fiddle.
"makin sihat nampak"....heheheh.....and i replied "balik msia...makan baik punyer". i know it's not good for me but just cant resist such temptation & food carving...especially my fav air tebu! alhamdulillah we had wonderful sumptuous yummilious food..name it...ikan bakar, otak2, nasi lemak, lontong, nasi kerabu, nasi berlauk, nasi tomato & etc...we have it all...
even when we went to pasar malam....mcm orang kemaruk....hehehe....that's the beauty of malaysia.....good food....one can get food anytime of the day.....
enough bout food.....
today's entry is bit special.....as i decided to reveal something.....
here goes....
many friends in leeds had been grilling me ...seeking for answer(s) after they saw my 'rounder' tummy..plus protruding...hehehe.. (*malu nyer..ngaku kat sini lak****)...as per yesterday.during the usrah session...i managed to smile & joke about it...saying that 'ini lah hasil nyer balik raya kat msia'.....hehehe....true...i did not lie....
thousand apologies.....i'm bit nervous..it's still too early...taking into account my past exprienced...i dare not say much bout this matter...neither confirming nor denying..
and today....after i went for scan at St James hospital under the supervision of Ms julia smith,....i now have a bit courage to talk about it.... i saw a sac...and a yolk....and...i can see tiny fetal pole...but minus the heart beat or any audible from such movement.....she said it's too early to notice such thing....perhaps in a week or 2 ...
alhamdulillah.......yes yes yes....i'm pregnant......based on LMP...i'm 6 wks now......
i know it's still too early to share the news.....but main reason here for doing so is... i humbly seek your kindness....the kindness of my fellow reader to make some prayer & doa for me & the little one...
"Ya Allah, jadikanlah anak dalam kandungan nik aisha ini anak yg sihat sempurna anggota tubuh badan, tiada kecacatan, baik paras rupa, lahir dengan sihat & selamat & membesar dan menjadi muslim atau muslimah yg taat kepada ibu bapa & berguna kepada masyarakat..Ya, Allah, makbulkan lah permintaan kami ini....aminnnn
based on my past pregnancies history...of whom some of u might know........insyallah mudah2an dgn berkat doa reramai...termakbul laa doa & impian & harapan kami ini...
having said all that, i thank all of u......
insyallah di permudahkan oleh Allah......aminnnnn
& now...(at this moment)..confirm 100% that we wont be going for the skii trip scheduled in late Jan.
i'll be meeting the midwife end of next wk...and hope to be scheduled for another scan.

final moment before we left Malaysia...for leeds
|
|
we woke up bit early today....and so we decided to have the final breakfast at nasi lemak kg baru...puas hati sgt2.....i had mine with paru grg lada and ayam rendang....
after the sumptuous breakfast...we went to kamil's apartment in damansara...nice view from the top.....danial couldnt resist jumping into the swimming pool...he wanted to jump in at the deep end...tak sabar2....so brought him to the children pool. nearly 1/2 hour berendam.... then off to kamil's pod.
then rush off to kajang's hs....mak ya & makjah came.....tq so much for the visit.
terus blah gi nilai's hs lak.....a quick rest and final packing...25kg each bag...3 big suitcase .....ntah hape2 laaa....
5.30pm we left for klia......on the way ...kak lin called saying that she's already at the airport. and so we seek her kindness to ask at the counter on how much the allowance....alhamdulillah...30kg per person.
and so...sumbat lagik....... 
alhamdulillah we manage to catch kak lin & family.....most of KA's family members are they too. i was happy & really grateful for liza girl & family . she's preg with the 3rd child...insyallah due this Jan.
and finally....the final call....8.15pm....we rushhhh like mad.....last final call for boarding is at 8.40pm...alhamdulillah sempat....
