alhamdulillah since it started snowing last night....we woke up today with houses & grounds covered with snow... puas hatiiii....

today is my dad 60th birthday.....happy birthday ayah....
dgn izin Allah & as the forecast predicted....it snows again in leeds... the cold wind came from russia.
danial suka laaa sgt main.... & refused to come in. nadirah & jana (rozaimi's niece) pon main2.
at the moment..the snow is falling again...insyallah will be heavy round 3am.....& so insyallah esok gi roundhay park.

danial's 2nd day at nursery & ooppsss...try again..

1) today is danial's 2nd day at nursery.....he slept at 10pm last night...but woke up at 5.45am.....refuse to sleep...but finally gave in around 7am....and he continued sleeping till 10am. had his bfast....and then around 11.30am i gave him some rice & chicken.. considered as lunch....he only ate few suap.
while danial was eating his lunch & siap2 nak gi nursery...sempat lagik skype with the malacca clans. nisya just got back from kl...for the weekend.
and at 12 noon..off we go to the nursery....both myself & nana stayed till 1pm...then cabut balik. kamarul gi solat jumaat.
after saying my zohor prayer...we walked back to the school... as i was about to reach to school i heard a slow cry...& so i asked nana to go quickly....a teacher was holding danial's hand...and my darling son was crying.
i suddenly got a call from the school...telling me that i'm supposed to pick danial up at 2pm... i told the teacher that i'm in front of the school. kesian sgt my son nangis teresak2. & i asked the teacher whether danial had a fight dgn budak lain or he was scolded... teacher said he had been crying for the past 20 minutes.
biasa laa......but kesian lak...i hope he will be ok after this. will have to leave him gradually ...not the full 3 hours until school half term. insyallah after this he will be ok.
2) sent nana off just now at LBA.at 9pm just now..& now the airport is known as yorkshire's airport.... she has yet to inform me dia dah arrv home or not...still waiting for her text. according to dublin airport's website...her plane had landed at 23.45pm.
3) at 11.30pm just now.... while i was watching the tv, danial asked me to assemble his robot toy.. i think it's a 'power ranger'... and so i assemble one by one...and next is the outer costume. i started with the body shield and then the legs... as i tried to fit the arm shield on the robot's left arm... which by the way didnt fit.... after several attempts ..still couldnt fit...and on d 2nd time & after that i heard danial said 'opppss...try again'..i thot i heard that wrongly... & so i tried again ..knowing it could fit... i heard clearly danial saying 'opppss...try again'..
masyaAllah....tak sangka...pandai nyer lak dia....i was really shocked ... & so i called kamarul... he heard that too...i.e danial said the same thing...
and after that i fix the shield correctly...and danial's respond was 'thank you very much'.... terharu sgt2...alhamdulillah...really proud of my danial .
i think he got it from 'bob the builder' punyer game...kat cbeebies website.
so...dgn x sbr nyer i send a msg through skype telling bout danial's new achievement. and terus laa skype with my dad and later..my mom.... she was excited.
now 12.30 midnite (31 jan 2009) nana just text me...saying that she had arrv and waiting for a cab. hopefully ok laa. Ya Allah selamatkan adik ku tiba rumah...aminnn...
i'm exhausted now....wanna retire to my bed after solat isyak....

the choked story

|
yesterday nana left for london....as she wanted to renew her passport. it gonna take 1 month if she renew it from dublin...whereas in london.... 1/2 day dah siap.... unless ada prob.
alhmd nana called just now and said everything went well...and in the evening she can collect it.
darling hubby went to leeds grand mosque for jumaah prayer...b4 that he went to meet his supervisor to collect the paper / thesis that he had commented. since it's still early for the jumaat prayer...he went to morrison to buy some apples & pears.... obviously for his beloved son!
after he came home..danial terus nak eat 'appu'...heheh...that's what he called 'apple'.... it seems all the word that ends with 'le'...(eg: bubble - it will be 'babbu').
danial then took the apple and sit in front of the notebook...watching Pingu.... kamarul was upstairs...while myself just got a cup wanting to fill it with water.....
...suddenly i saw danial jumping.....as tough he couldnt breath.... Ya Allah.... he's choked! i quickly dig into his mouth trying to pull the apple from his throat.... only little piece came out... i then hit his back.... while shouting for kamarul saying 'boy cekik'...something is bleeding from inside his mouth ..kamarul came down...running... and hit danial's back....
he then vomitted...and few chunks of apple came out....
ALHAMDULILLAH...... danial is still alive....
i was soooooo scared! nearly cried.... i thank Allah so much.... alhamdulillah He still allows danial to live....

the 8th wedding anniversary....

alhamdulillah......
syukur sangat2 to Allah.....
seems like yesterday....i heard the akad nikah....still fresh in my memory....
the very same date...8 years ago.....a sacred love had been united in the eye of Allah... alhamdulillah with His blessings... everything went smoothly...despite nearly 10% plan yang larik from the original plan....kita hanya merancang...Allah yg menentukan...
alhamdulillah.... within this 8 years.... i currently have 1 son (danial), insyallah another one coming this mid july ...& 2 miscarriages (in 2004 & 2006)... & a husband who loves me for who i am...

HAPPY 3RD BIRTHDAY...MUHAMMAD DANIAL

alhamdulillah.... a huge tq to Allah for allowing danial to live another day...until today.... & insyallah more days to come....
today...the very same date...3 years ago.... at 4.40am at ampang puteri hosp... with the permit & blessing from Allah... i gave birth to a 3kg baby boy after 2 hours waiting for him to come out ... alhamdulillah... gave birth to danial naturally... with the help of dr. fauziah who happened to be danial's granny's friend back in tasmania.... dr fauziah used to dukung danial's mom... & now she helps to deliver danial... no tummy pain except for extreme back ache... which i believed to be the contraction.
syukur... danial grew up becoming a good boy...despite being notty at times... but over all... we are happy to have him...
and until today... alhamdulillah... not even 1 day have i not seen him.... and as i could recall, i would kiss him everyday ...since day 1 of his life....and for the past 1095 days of his life...or shall i say 1096 days including today... & insyallah many more days to come..
my doa & hope & wishes that muhammad danial bin kamarul ariffin would be blessed with good health, lots of rezqi that's filled will rahmah, barakah & mawaddah & become a good muslim doctor whom i hope will take good care of his mummy & daddy when we r old & would continue to doa for us when we are gone.
Ya Allah...inila doa seorang ibu.... pohon dikurniakan & dimakbulkan lah Ya Allah...Tuhan yg Maha Pemurah lagi Maha Penyayang.

around 12.30pm just now... danial skyped with granny, ajah, adeq & later tok ayah... they sang the birthday song for him while danial blew the candle here in leeds... and they in melaka too blew candle on his behalf...as though danial's act of blowing reaches melaka. nana assisted from here.
danial's uncle dude called from dubai to wish him happy birthday...
around 2.30pm we went out...kekonon nak lunch at spice quater at 'the press building' near leeds museum..& located opposite the soon-to-be-opened ice skating ring...and next to 'revolution' & ha ha bar... unfortunately...it was closed....the lunch hour is between 12.30pm to 2.30pm... we arrived at 2.45pm....tutup laa dia...hehehe... will be opened again at 5.3pm...
lapo sgt laa...mana leh tahan... so we went tp morrisons for awhile and then shoot off to charcos in harehills...danial was given free kiddies meal sempena his bday...that was sweet....
for dinner...we had nasi lemak at kak ina's place along with mushroom soup that i brought.
hope u had a wonderful day son....
both mummy & daddy loves u so muchhhhhhhhhhhhhh......

danial's final day as a 2 year old boy!

today is danial's last day as a 2 year old boy.....
my little baby is growing very fast...alhamdulillah.... he's becoming a little man now... no longer baby... as insyallah the title 'baby' will be passed on to the one in my tummy...insyallah in mid july... earlier or slightly later.
kamarul was not around today...he went to lancaster.
both myself & danial woke up nearly 10.30am...heheh...we slept quite late last night (or this morning...nearly 1 am).... i'm fasting..hence it explains why i woke up late.
around 2pm...gave danial his bath....then he said he wants 'swimming'...so i filled up the bath tub & let him enjoy the 'swimming' with his little toy friends..(.mummy duck & baby duck, green tortoise, blue starfish & red fish) for nearly 20 minutes... sampai kecut2 his fingers & his little birdie.. heheheh... i took some pics & video as remembrance.
buka puasa at 4.15pm.....ate 2 pieces of bread & lamb curry.....an hour later...uweekkkk...
kamarul arrived around 6.30pm..... and for dinner we had roti tampal... roti canai covered with egg...(made by nana)...& the lamb curry.
now is 11.10pm.... baru je lps skype with my mom.... she called around 10.30pm just now... wishing danial happy 3rd birthday.... i said...belom lagik.... as over here not yet midnite.
and danial is still wide awake now...i thin he's waiting for 'shushu'....
kalo sempat later..after midnite i'll write more....kalo x....tomorrow je.
anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY darling son... both mummy & daddy loves u.

Another 'poooppp' story

another 'poop' story for today..around 5.45pm i heard danial went up....but i called him down as kamarul was not upstairs...he went to kak ina's place for session angkat brg2....myself was preparing for tonite's dinner..... thinking kesian kak ina & her kids since baru pindah rumah...surely she's too exhausted to cook tonite....
suddenly danial said to me '..mummy...poooppp'..i left the onion in the kitchen ...& bit happy thinking he can express himself .... .but suddenly.. o o o o o.. i was hoping that 'my greatest fear' did not happen..... my heart drop when i reached the 2nd floor....i saw danial's towel on the floor...right in front of the bathroom's door... when i took off his inner pants.. i saw something chocolaty....then i realise on the floor ada sekumpulan 'excrata' (famously known as 'human stool'.....heheheh....) on the floor....on the carpet some more...lemah nyer badan nih....
& so with nana's help....i cleaned up the mess..... and kamarul continued when he came back shortly after that.
what a tragic 'incident'...not accident....hehehhe....
and for dinner....i cooked lamb curry....(mcm sedap jer...hehhehe...puji diri sendiri)... ikan bilis & potato, ikan masin & sambal belacan..... kak ina said she seldom make sambal belacan coz her kids didnt like it....alhmd they seems to like it. and for dessert we had profiterols & then green apple dgn asam boy.....alhmd it's so yummy...
a huge TQ to nana for helping me...
now dah midnite....nak tido....esok insyallah nak sahur lagik.....
alhmd tadi berjaya puasa...but a bit weak....
